With over 20 years of experience in the social service sector, Winnie has dedicated her career to advancing inclusive care for children and families with special educational needs.
Currently the Assistant General Secretary at a local social service organization in Kwun Tong, Winnie leads a multidisciplinary team that delivers inclusive education and psychological services, overseeing initiatives like the Happy Learning Assessment and Training Centre. Additionally, she manages elderly services, emphasizing community-based care and enhancing the well-being of older adults.
With training from Canada and the U.S., Winnie holds a degree in Psychology and a qualification in Clinical Psychology. Her extensive background in community care and commitment to social well-being will be invaluable as we strive to strengthen our initiatives and empower those we serve.
Fanny Lam
Social Worker
With extensive nearly 30 years as a dedicated social worker, Fanny brings a wealth of expertise in supporting children and families, particularly those with diverse needs.
Her background includes significant roles at local social service organization at Kwun Tong,where she supervised social workers and provided essential counseling services to families with mental illness.
With her deep understanding of the challenges faced by deprived families and her thorough knowledge of the social services sector, Fanny will be an invaluable asset, providing professional advice to the team and ensuring that the COL service truly speaks to the heart of each family.
